By accessing or using deBugLoop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

1. Use of the Service

deBugLoop provides an AI-driven platform for practicing software engineering interviews. You agree to use the service for its intended educational and professional development purposes.

You must not use the platform to generate malicious code, spam, or attempt to circumvent our billing systems (e.g., bypassing the credit system).

2. Purchases and Credits

deBugLoop operates on a pay-as-you-go credit system. Credits purchased are non-refundable unless required by law. If you encounter a technical failure during an interview session that consumes a credit unfairly, please contact support for a manual review.

3. Intellectual Property

The code and solutions you write during the mock interviews remain your property. The platform, including its original design, algorithms, and prompt structures, are the exclusive property of deBugLoop.

4. "Bring Your Own Key" (BYOK)

If you utilize the BYOK feature, you are solely responsible for all usage costs incurred on your personal API key (e.g., via Google Gemini). deBugLoop will not be held liable for any API costs, rate limits, or account suspensions resulting from your use of your own API key through our platform.
